The ground level is a food paradise, packed with fresh and packaged culinary goods. Wander the corridors to sample legendary Northern specialties like sai oua (herbed sausage), kaeb moo (crispy pork rind), and nam phrik noom (roasted green chili dip). The second and third floors shift into a massive bazaar of inexpensive textiles, traditional Lanna clothing, and handcrafted goods. When the indoor stalls close in the late afternoon, the surrounding streets turn into a bustling night food market that carries the energy well into the evening.
